  Called and received same day service, that was a surprise, I figured I would have to wait considering its “that time of year.”  I was excited to at the prompt service and was given a narrow time if day so I didn’t have to wait at home all day.

Dale serviced the system and was a professional.  He explained in general terms (so I could understand) what was wrong and what he did to repair.  He explained the cost and talked about a maintenance program.
