  I’m always anxious when looking into a company to do work for me because so many will take advantage of ones who do not understand the whole process of putting something so costly into a home like a heating system , A/C or whatever the house needs but I am so happy with Gillanders Heating for being patient with me and the work they did was fast and they were very professional, courteous, and came when called.   Called and received same day service, that was a surprise, I figured I would have to wait considering its “that time of year.”  I was excited to at the prompt service and was given a narrow time if day so I didn’t have to wait at home all day. Dale serviced the system and was a professional.  He explained in general terms (so I could understand) what was wrong and what he did to repair.  He explained the cost and talked about a maintenance program. Overall a good experience.  Thanks

Both technicians, Bill and Vince, were excellent!  Very prompt, thorough, and professional. They were happy to answer any questions I had. Explained their final assessment findings.   I've used Gillanders Heating Ltd. since I built my home back in 1995. They have always did the yearly checkups for our furnace, A/C unit, hot water heater & fireplace. Vince & Bill are  the technicians that know our equipment and always do thorough checkups. It is so nice to know that we are being taken care of by such a caring company.
